For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to the change taking effect. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please cease using the Service.

8. Service-level Terms (Visa Assistance Applicable Clauses)

Although TGVAC ADVISORY LLP does not issue visas or government documents, we facilitate visa application services. You acknowledge that:

  • TGVAC ADVISORY LLP provides guidance, document support, and appointment booking for visa applications.

  • We do not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions remain at the sole discretion of consular authorities.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate, complete documentation; any errors or omissions may affect service delivery.
